Bailey! That was great, hun. -Timmy, you too!" Mr.Parker said into his megaphone, standing up from his director's chair as he beamed over at her and the J.O.N.A.S. co-star. The two had just completed a side commercial for a new flavor of Pop-Tarts and Mr.Parker was completely blown away. But not by Timmy, since he already knew of his acting talent; Bailey was the cause of his loss of words.
Her drive and dedication came naturally. Even if she had begged for Joe to be there while the cameras were rolling, her ability to capture the role was amazing. Being able to master the few lines advertising a simple Pop-Tart commercial, Mr.Parker knew that she was worth more than what she was putting up on the table. What took a normal commercial two and a half days to shoot perfectly, Bailey and Jimmy got it done within 16 hours; a new record. Not only was her acting and ability to convince the audience through the camera lens, Bailey looked good while doing it. She was the perfect image of what they needed.
Hopping down off the 'kitchen' set, she grinned like crazy as she ran up to Joe, her arms wide open as she approached her rock. Without him being there, she wouldn't have gone through with the commercial. After being yanked away by Mr.Parker the day before, he himself had to call Joe in for assistance to convince Bailey to take the small part. Even though Joe had basically repeated what Mr.Parker had told Bailey himself, she gave into Joe in an instant.
"Wow, Bails." Joe chuckled, his arms wrapped around her body as he breathed in the strawberry scent of her long, dark blonde hair. "You were great up there."
"Thanks." she grinned into his shoulder, her grip around him tightening.
"Now that you're finally done, it's time to go get something to eat!" he stated excitedly, pulling away only to drape his arm around her shoulder and pulling her body into step with his. "I think after this long day, we could go out with the family to a nice restaurant, eat some food, laugh, have fun, make a little -"
"I get it." Bailey laughed, pinching his side as her hand fell low around his waist from behind. "Let's just go already, ok?" Joe smiled down at her. "I miss everyone!"
"-But we've got to get changed first."

"Bails, you look gorgeous!" Mrs.Jonas exclaimed, her open arms screaming for a hug after she followed Joe into the lobby of the famous Spago in Los Angeles.
Wearing a clingy, black dress with little silver crystals around the flattering slit up her right leg, Bailey stood beautifully next to Joe in a pair of black, strappy heels. Her freshly washed hair was parted to the side and pulled up into a loose bun and her eyes and cheeks were kissed with a bronzy foundation that really made her skin glow. As for Joe, his attire consisted of a black pair of pants that squeezed his legs, a light pink button-up, and his classic zebra tie, accompanied with a jet black blazer. His chunky hair was straight and poking at his eyes as one of his hands held onto Bailey's, his face beaming ever since they left the Jonas rental home near the filming studio.
Since Joe and Bailey hadn't been able to spend a lot of time with one another, with the help of Nick and Kevin, the boys secretly decided to plan a big dinner to pull everyone back together before things got really busy. In result, they decided to take everyone out to one of the most expensive, formal restaurants in LA; Spago.
"Right back at you." Bailey finally grinned, hugging Mrs.Jonas and breathing in her warm, vanilla scent. "If I didn't know any better, I'd say that you were showing off for your hubby there." she winked after pulling away, seeing Mr.Jonas' cheeks turn a very faint shade of pink. Hearing a satisfying laugh escape her mouth, the group of seven were escorted to a large table in the center of the restaurant.
"Joe, this is seriously amazing." Bailey stated softly after she lightly rested her hand on his leg under the table about 10 minutes after being seated. Casually looking over at her, he smiled before placing his hand on top of hers. "You're never doing it again, just so you know." his smiled faded.
"What? Why?" he asked, his eyebrows coming together in confusion. The rest of the table was caught up in their own conversations, not noticing the interaction between the couple. Even little Frankie was preoccupied; playing with the paper rapper that he had ripped off his straw six minutes ago.
"Because, I know how ridiculously expensive this place is." she hissed, her eyes focusing on the set of silverware that was placed in front of him. She was afraid to meet his eyes, knowing he wasn't going to be too fond of her making a comment like that.
"Well, you're totally worth it." Joe smiled, squeezing her hand.
She smiled weakly, then looked up into his chocolate eyes. Beginning to take in even more of her surroundings, she realized that this was someplace she did not fit in. The proper posture, attire, language and even attitude was a little overwhelming to her; not to mention the cost of it all. She didn't have any money herself to pay for any of it; it was mostly Joseph and the Jonas' that supported her. Yeah, she got paid her normal wage for her 'assistance', but eating out at a place like this was way above her limit. At that moment of realization, Bailey began to think that this whole acting thing couldn't be too bad. If she actually got into the 'commercial deal', she'd be making her own money and buying her own things. This was something she really wanted.
No one cared though. Money obviously wasn't an issue, and since Bailey was basically adopted into the family anyway, it didn't make a difference who paid for what and where, but that still didn't change how she really felt inside. For once, she wanted to be able to pull her own load, pull a little up to the plate herself. She felt that this acting thing could be the start of that, not to mention she really enjoyed doing it.
The rest of the night was simply amazing. The food was exquisite, the conversations and moments of laughter were absolutely priceless, and not to mention the family and Bailey hadn't had so much fun in a long time, even if they were now just sitting in the center of the almost-empty restaurant, the clock going on 11:30pm. Finally deciding to head out, Joe ended up flagging down a taxi as the rest of the gang climbed into a long, black limo parked outside on the curb. Bailey had to be taken back to her rental home in the opposite direction of the Jonas rental home. Since originally Bailey was there doing paperwork and such for Ross, there wasn't a need for her to be near them of the studio, but for some reason she felt as if that was soon going to change.
With that, Joe hopped in the taxi after her. Being the gentleman that he is, he knew the least he could do was stay with her until she was safely back at 'her' house. But he also knew that once she stepped out of that taxi to approach her front door, she'd end up turning around to beg him to stay with her.
